Nice treatment.
It might be fun to see if a few touches of motion blur on the moving people would add to the "old photo" look.

Looks like this old bus would be a wonderful way to see the sights and enjoy a unique ride at the same time. Fine street shot. Toning adds an appropriate age to the shot.
