Some people were saying that there wasn't much room on the boat..... :0
My book entitled, Looe in Cornwall a photographic tour, is on sale now.
I laughed out loud, brilliant capture, perfect title, mmmmm I might have walked.

@Christine: Glad you had a giggle !
Was the boat still floating?

@CElliottUK: Only just.... there was a scraping noise along the bottom.
I think those people would be correct! We know now why you were outside the boat taking the previous shots!

@Stephen: Yeah, but it was a big struggle trying to get to the exit :0
What funny scene and expressions you've caught Mike! From your point of view, the boat does look a little narrow!:-) Cheers!

Plenty room in there for the weight conscious!
Beautiful crystal clear processing on it.

@Curly: Cheers ;)
Wow! narrow is the word! This is a great capture. The view from the windows, the interest of the passengers - great capture, Michael. So sharp and colors are wonderful. Michael - is this canal boat system an actual transit for locals to and from work? or just a tourist attraction? Jut curious. Would be nice to travel to and from work this way! Beats Phoenix traffic!

@Laurie: Hi Laurie, no they are only used as a tourist attraction.
By golly, they were right! ;-) I like the colors reflected in the shiny woodwork of the ceiling. Apart from being a bit narrow to fit the canal, the boat looks like it's well made.

@Steve Rice: And to think that some people actually live permanently on these narrow barges.

We used to say the same on the old airships, you know. And the flying-boats. And Ryanair.

@Ronnie 2¢: AIRSHIPS...... !! Does Lilly know about this...?
