As you look at this glowing artefact it seems to move closer. Perhaps it's the Alien technology within this frame.

I've stared at this awhile but nothing happened until I went to the kitchen and it was in the bottom of an empty cup. Now, I see it hovering over my keyboard and in my phone as I dial Emergency.
