Local village pub
My book entitled, Looe in Cornwall a photographic tour, is on sale now.
So it is! It looks a bit bleak in this shot, but I bet it's a great place on a cold winter's day

@P J W Miller: 7 miles from Chester... Elton village.

A fine building with such deep colors. It makes a fine subject for your camera. Nice one.

It looks a bit more than Chris calls bleak . . . that's not a notice from the bailiffs on the door, it is ?!

@Ronnie 2¢: Bleak... or haunted but inside it's ok :)
A typical one... the brisk-built facade seems less welcoming than the previous one but i'm sure that the atmosphere inside is all the more friendly...

Is it still open ?

@Nigel: You bet, it gets packed at the weekends.
beautiful facade, this pub is not yet say not a bar, looks like a dwelling house!

Looks great. Buildings and houses in your country are so charming that even the pub seems to be right out a beautiful story book.
